The White Plains City Court located at the 77 South Lexington Avenue, White Plains, New York 10601. As White Plains, NY is the County Seat, it is one of the busiest city courts in Westchester County, New York. The City Court handles all Criminal Cases, Traffic and Speeding Tickets, Parking Violations and Civil Claims ($15,000 or less in money damages), Small Claims ($5,000 or less in money damages), and Housing (landlord-tenant) cases arising in White Plains. The City of White Plains Police Department is also located in the same building.
