William has been practicing matrimonial and family law for over 25 years. He is a passionate advocate with extensive experience handling all aspects of matrimonial law and family law working to exceed his client’s expectations both inside and out of the courtroom.
William has dedicated his career to divorce and family law because he enjoys helping people through these tough times and wants to provide clients with the compassionate support of an experienced and highly qualified lawyer. William will analyze a case from all positions and provide sound legal advice and strategy to guide his clients through the divorce and family law process.
In particular, William is a skilled orator, writer, advocate and trial attorney highly respected by the Courts and his peers. He is experienced in all areas of divorce and family law litigation including general court proceedings, trials, settlements, conferences, four-way meetings, depositions and motions practice.
During the course of his career William has represented clients from all walks of life achieving their individual goals in a fair, reasonable and economical manner. William regularly practices in the courts of Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Dutchess Counties including all five boroughs of New York City.
In his practice, William strives to alleviate the stress and confusion clients can feel under the weight of the legal process. His direct and straightforward approach helps clients define their expectations and understand the law as applied to their case. In his case preparation, William places an emphasis on making sure his clients understand they are in control of their cases and that they are given the necessary time to contemplate his advice and guidance.
