I hired the law firm while searching for an attorney who specialized in DWI cases. I had a pending case with the Bronx Probation Department and felt hopeless. I called the office and within an hour received a response from Andrew Proto. I explained my situation in great detail and for the first time since my arrest, someone was on my side! In addition to answering all my questions, I felt as though he understood my concerns and was ready to fight for me. I can't tell you enough how refreshing it was to have someone in your corner, especially since my previous attorney wouldn't give me the time of day. The firm was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of DWI law. Mr. Proto went as far as contacting the Counsel's office for the Bronx Probation Dept. to make his presence known. He wanted to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of and pleaded my case. Whenever I called the firm they responded immediately, even if I reached out multiple times a day. I tend to over analyze details and Mr. Proto was very polite and understanding in dealing with me. He reassured and kept me informed throughout my horrible ordeal. I felt at peace knowing Mr. Proto was handling my case; I had not felt peaceful in a long time. To this day, although the case is settled, my lawyer continues to reach out to the Bronx Probation Dept. showing he is ready to fight on my behalf.
